I don't want to settle for basics. Every video or form of content tells a story, and each story deserves to be told in the best way possible.
Casual(ity)
While some may say that "professionalism is formal", I believe that being casual and true to oneself can prove to be just as professional. This does not mean that the content I make can't be formal, but I see working with a group as working with a family, a unit, or as friends.
